LIMITATIONS:
In order to book services at discounted rates, we are required to collect information to verify your status. Once submitted, we will review your request and book appropriately.

    For Educators: Upload a picture of your educator credential
    For First Responders: Upload a picture of your first responder card
    For Residents: Upload a picture of your state ID showing a San Juan County address.
